My wife and I are in the process of purchasing property on Kauai. In that regard, we have been fortunate to have Yvonne Summerfield, of your office, work with us as our agent.
Interestingly enough, on the night before we were to meet with her, we had dinner at one of our favorite South Shore restaurants. While dining, we mentioned to our server that we were looking to purchase a home during our stay. The server informed us that we needed to consider working with someone who was well-respected and honest. The server volunteered that she knew someone that worked at RE/MAX. As the directions to the office were being described, I jumped in and asked: "By chance would you be referring to someone named Summerfield?"
