On Kauai, according to data research from Hawaiian Information Service – our MLS provider, no other Realtor out of over 500+ agents, has sold more transactions since 2005.

I’m Kauai’s only 11 Time Top 100 Realtor in Hawaii (for 2017). Out of over 20,000 real estate agents in the Hawaiian Islands, 9 Realtors received this award. Only 1 is on Kauai.

For 2011, out of 292 selling agents, I ranked #1 Realtor on south shore Kauai for a 4th year and #4 Realtor islandwide for most closed transactions (34 sides; 21 sellers helped, 13 buyers helped) and #5 island-wide for dollar volume.
For 2010, out of 293 selling agents, I ranked #1 Realtor on Kauai’s south shore for a 3rd consecutive year and #4 Realtor islandwide most closed transactions (37 sides; 21 sellers helped, 16 buyers helped) and #4 for dollar volume. I was also honored to be one of 24 Realtors in the state of Hawaii and Kauai’s only Realtor to receive Hawaii Business’ “Top 100 Realtor In Hawaii” award for 5 consecutive years.
