I've expanded my property brochures into a full-color, multi-page, flyer booklet. I believe this format is an important tool in marketing a property because more information can be shared and it makes an overall greater impact than the more commonly found single-sided piece.
I maintain a professional world-class online portal which is consumer friendly and easy to navigate for people in the market for real estate in a highly desirable tropical American destination. The vast majority of visitors to my real estate website are interested in the Property Search feature. I go to great lengths to maintain accurate and timely information, providing consumers everything they need when doing their home buying research.
Web-based Marketing & Listing Syndication
I position technology as the cornerstone of marketing your property. A National Association of Realtors study found that over 84% of all home buyers started their search on the internet. The same study found that detailed property information and photographs were the two most useful website features, both of which were used by nearly all online searchers. My syndicated listings can be accessed from of sites such as realtor.com (National Association of Realtors), HIS (Kauai's Multiple Listing Service & alohaliving.com), Google, AOL, MSN, zillow.com, Yahoo, craigslist.com, homes.com, trulia.com and literally over twelve hundred other additional sites, depending on what is property appropriate.
My marketing director maintains proprietary lists and manages all direct marketing efforts. His attention to quality and consistency ensures whatever information is mailed out and shared with consumers is accurate and tastefully executed.
To promote new property listings, I host a Brokers Open and Realtor Caravan for previewing and exposure to cooperating sales associates from other realty offices, and I also hold public open houses at the property when appropriate.
My marketing director purchases and manages all online advertising. These ads include banner, text link, directory, sponsored and affiliate online advertising to target specific, high traffic sites using click & capture technology.
Depending on what is property appropriate, I publish listings in a variety of print media, including trade and consumer publications.
I have advertised in a variety of local display media, for reinforcement and personal branding purposes, driving traffic to your listing via my personal website.
