My Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in marketing along with the experience of building an INC. 500 company early in my career and receiving a Young Entreprenuer Of The Year award have provided me with a unique business background and skill set from which I apply my business expertise and proven marketing principles on behalf of all my clients.

From the beginning, my approach to a real estate marketing plan has been to create a strategic selling process crafted to each particular property that best meets my client's objectives. A marketing plan for any given property may include a combination of the key elements listed below along with additional undisclosed proprietary marketing tools. 

The last 12+ years as a top performing Kauai Realtor attest to the success of this approach. In fact, according to Hawaii Information Service (Kauai's MLS) and also Hawaii Business Magazine, I closed more real estate transactions than any other Realtor on Kauai in 2015 and 2014.

Signage
Since the customary For Sale yard sign accounts for almost 10% of all residential real estate transactions annually, I make sure all my signs, including Open House signs are well designed, impeccably maintained, and properly positioned on appropriate properties depending on community regulations with prior client approval.

Full-color, multi page brochures and flyer booklets can be used as important tools in marketing a property because more information is shared and makes an overall greater impact than the more commonly found "money-saving", single page, black and white, blank back-sided piece.

Web-based Marketing & Listing Syndication
I position technology as the cornerstone of marketing your property. A 2014 National Association of Realtors study found that over 92% of all home buyers started their search on the internet. The same study found that detailed property information and photographs were the two most useful website features, both of which were used by nearly all online searchers. I employ a full-time marketing director and a marketing assistant who make certain that all my listings get syndicated globally and can be accessed from of sites such as realtor.com (National Association of Realtors), HIS (Kauai's Multiple Listing Service & alohaliving.com), Google, AOL, MSN, zillow.com, Yahoo, craigslist.com, homes.com, trulia.com and literally hundreds of other additional sites, depending on what is property appropriate.

Direct Marketing
My marketing dept. maintains proprietary lists and manages all direct marketing efforts. Their attention to quality and consistency ensures whatever information is mailed out and shared with consumers is accurate and tastefully executed.

Property Promotion
To promote new property listings, I host a Brokers Open and Realtor Caravan for previewing and exposure to cooperating sales associates from other realty offices, and I also hold public open houses at the property when appropriate.

Online Advertising
My marketing director purchases and manages all online advertising. These ads include banner, text link, directory, sponsored and affiliate online advertising to target specific, high traffic sites using click & capture technology.

Print Advertising
Depending on what is property appropriate, I publish listings in a variety of print media, including trade and consumer publications.

Display Advertising
I have advertised in a variety of local display media, for reinforcement and personal branding purposes, driving traffic to your listing via my personal website.

Worldwide Affiliations 
I'm affiliated with a number of select relocation and corporate management services divisions which coordinate relocation services for individuals and companies, and broker-to-broker referrals in the USA and abroad. Public Relations
My marketing director generates and distributes professionally written, and approved, press releases on appropriate properties.

Real Estate Offices
Since 2007, our highly visible (yellow!) Kalaheo office building on Kauai's main highway continues to serve as a magnet for prospective buyers. In fact, almost everyone who visits Waimea Canyon drives by - twice! In 2015, we added a second office located within the historic Kiahuna Plantation Resort in Poipu Beach.
