Giving back is a priority in the RE/MAX culture. All over the world, RE/MAX agents make a difference in their communities – volunteering, donating money, contributing time and ultimately changing lives.
At RE/MAX Kauai Living, we are proud to participate in the Miracle Home Program! When you work with us, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital (Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children), receives a donation from us (on your behalf and in your name) upon the completion of your home sale or purchase transaction.
Since 1992, RE/MAX and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals have partnered across the U.S. and Canada to raise more than $138 million for 170 member hospitals across North America, with local hospitals determining how funds are needed most. Donations support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals provides 32 million patient visits for 10 million kids every year. In fact, sixty-two children enter a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for treatment every minute.
“By making a donation after each transaction (on behalf of and in our clients name), our RE/MAX Kauai Living offices and agents are setting themselves apart in their communities by giving back to their local CMN hospital” said Principal Broker/Owner Yvonne Summerfield, “in our case, every program dollar stays local, directly benefiting Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. We are honored to continue supporting Children’s Miracle Network in every way we can.”
