I invite you to visit our office in beautiful upcountry Kalaheo on Kauai's South Side. This superb location allows us to meet, greet and assist many visitors regarding their interest in, and questions about Kauai real estate. Highly visible and easy to find, we're located in a cheerfully painted (yellow!) plantation style building at 2-2526 Kaumualii Hwy., we're surrounded by four popular restaurants: Pomodoro Ristorante Italiano, Kalaheo Cafe & Coffee Co., Brick Oven Pizza and Pizza Hut.

Our office is constructed in the Hawaii Plantation Style and refers to more modest bungalow style homes that were built in the early to mid 20th century when sugar cane and pineapple agriculture were the main industries on the island. This style exudes character and charm and provides a time warp to bygone days of old Hawaii. These beautiful plantation style homes have an island feel to them, many of the design elements are timeless and are just as appealing now as they were in 1930. This is one of the reasons that you continue to see new homes built in the plantation style. A cute covered front porch, original hardwood floors, wood frame windows and a corrugated metal plantation style roof line are some of the features that are still evident from our building's 1964 construction. We have 1,245 sq. ft. of office space set on a level 10,917 sq. ft. large yard lot with plenty of parking.

Our Kalaheo office is conveniently located along the main highway on your way to or from Kauai's westside and Waimea Canyon. Our normal business hours are M-F, 9-5. Weekends by appointment, please. If it's after hours, you can still grab a real estate flyer out of one of the boxes attached outside our building.

Directions from Lihue: Travel west on Kaumualii Hwy. (50) towards Kalaheo, we're on the left side of the road.

Directions from Koloa-Poipu: Travel west on Koloa Rd. (Hwy 530) to the traffic light then turm left onto Kaumualii Hwy (50) and look for our yellow building on the left.
