Aloha!
Thank you for your interest in getting to know me a little better.
A 10-year resident of Hawaii, I made the move with my husband August and young son Taylor to enjoy the wonderful island lifestyle, wide variety of outdoor activities, numerous water sports and the Aloha spirit of Hawaii. We now proudly share with others our enthusiasm for Kauai - the most special of all places, and feel extremely blessed to live on this beautiful Garden Isle.
As a comitted full-time real estate professional, I'm passionate about and thoroughly enjoy working in this industry, meeting new people and helping them buy or sell property in paradise. I am driven by quality service, positive results and satisfied clients. I utilize a number of skills from my entrepreneurial business background that are particularly helpful to my clients. For example, I recognize the importance of identifying their needs and objectives and creating solutions that not only meet, but exceed their expectations. My client commitment includes a long-term dedicated effort to help them meet their real estate goals for a lifetime. Among my peers, I have a reputation of honesty, integrity and an ongoing desire to work together in a professional manner to achieve the best results possible for our clients. I specialize in residential real estate throughout Kauai, specifically, fine homes & luxury estates, resort & second-home properties, land parcels & vacation rental properties.
Proud Sponsor of The Children's Miracle Network
I believe in Miracles. For me, real estate has always been more about serving clients, than selling homes. RE/MAX is the exclusive real estate corporate sponsor of Children's Miracle Network and one of the ways I'm pleased to give back is through it's Miracle Home Program. It allows me to make a contribution derived from each real estate transaction. Donations stay in our island community and directly benefit Kapiolani Medical Center on Oahu, a regional center for pediatric healthcare specializing in providing the most sophisticated care for seriously ill children regardless of the family's financial resources. That's where our Kauai keiki go for treatment.
Children's Miracle Network is an international non-profit organization, which consists of 170 children's hospitals including Kapiolani Medical Center providing state of the art, life-saving care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to the children of our island state. Together, these hospitals treat 17 million children annually for every disease and condition imaginable including cancer, pediatric AIDS, muscular dystrophy, sickle cell anemia, birth defects, asthma and accidents.
Here's an example of what RE/MAX contributions to Children's Miracle Network stood for last year:
- 859 Repaired Hearts. Repairing a heart valve in a child averages $65,000.
- 3,493 Brain MRIs. An MRI of the brain and brainstem to find tumors and other abnormalities costs $16,000.
- 250 Bone Marrow Transplants. A bone marrow transplant to treat sickle cell anemia or leukemia averages $223,000.
- 745 Lives Without Cancer. The average treatment for a child with cancer costs $75,000.
- 1,363 ICU Beds. These state of the art beds cost $41,000. A well-equipped Neonatal Intensive Care Unit needs 15-20 beds. Supporting Children's Miracle Network hospitals is the most effective way to save the lives of children throughout our islands and the rest of North America.
I'm proud to help fight for the future every child deserves. As a sponsor, I donate a portion of my commissions from every transaction to the Children's Miracle Network which goes to benefit Kaipolani Medical Center.

Rankings & Production:
Selling over 50 million within my first 30 months, Hawaii Business Magazine honored me in 2007 as part of their first annual Who's Who in Hawaii Real Estate edition, naming me one of Hawaii's Top 100 Realtors. I'm happy to make that list for a third consecutive year in 2009 as well as being a Top 5 Residential Realtor on Kauai for a second. I've been RE/MAX's #1 agent statewide since 2006.
Results & Peformance:
I believe clients should have the option to choose their Realtor based on a track record of performance & results, so I've listed my YTD production for the last 3 year's transactions. To view, simply click on Sellers or Buyers.
